Staff Development Sessions:

Have you ever noticed that some teachers can get even the toughest kids to do just about anything they ask? We have found that children will do things for people they love that they will not do for anyone else. Our goal for your staff development is to equip faculty members with practical strategies for reducing behavior problems, increasing motivation, and building developmental assets among students.

Our presentations are high energy and fun! One hour, half day or full day presentations are tailored to fit your school’s particular needs. As trained facilitators in The Nine Essential Skills of the Love and Logic Classroom, Janet and Chiqui will share easy to learn skills for turning classroom woes into relationship successes.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS AND COACHES —We also offer sessions designed specifically for large groups of students. These fun presentations include games you can use in the gym, large group classroom management techniques and, of course, Love and Logic skills.

PARENTS

6 Session Parent Training:

Don’t you just wish that your children came with instructions? We have found a way to get kids on our team and motivate them towards respectful, responsible behavior. Becoming a Love and Logic Parent is the next best thing to an owner’s manual for kids. Learn effective techniques to end nasty backtalk, arguing, homework hassles and bedtime woes. In addition, learn how to create a more peaceful home life where the adults are in charge.

Janet and Chiqui are trained facilitators in Becoming a Love and Logic Parent. During this six week program, expect to learn strategies and techniques that put the fun back into parenting? (By the way, the techniques also work on spouses!) The classes are suitable for public school settings, church groups or ladies groups.
